I began thinking about how valuable valet dry cleaning was to me as a working corporate woman for the over 13 years I had clothing picked up and delivered at my home. ‘Skipping’ going to the dry cleaners meant I could get home earlier to see my husband and my dogs. It also meant that I had a clean and freshly pressed ‘rotation’ of clothing to wear on sales calls. In short valet dry cleaning made my daily routine easier and gave me one less errand to think about!
First and foremost, I have a strong commitment to helping and serving others. In my 20 years of sales experience, largely in outside sales and healthcare, I found in the aspects of sales what I actually liked best were (and still are today) customer service and problem solving. I never really viewed myself as a sales person. But rather a trusted source for information and someone my customers could always rely upon and trust.
Secondly, I have always admired the strength of women who are either managing a household, or managing and balancing career with family. So when I thought about a business for myself, valet dry cleaning hit all the marks of how I could use my skills and passion for helping others.
My husband and I currently reside in Forsyth County. My hobbies and interests include: Spending time with my (3) Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dogs, Visiting the North GA Mountains, (especially “cabin time”), Volunteering for CASA to advocate for kids in Foster Care, Anything involving helping dogs, shopping for -or – looking at unique Antique/Estate Jewelry, reading Psychology/ Human behavior books, keeping in touch with Family in Boston and upstate NY!
